为了进一步加强爱眼意识，提高护眼能力，2018年6月3日新华小记者们来到了位于成都市锦江区三官堂街5号的青少年视力科普教育基地，开展了一次“关爱青少年眼健康，对近视说NO”的学习实践之旅。
首先，基地负责人曾平老师带领我们参观了基地，并详细地给我们讲解了眼睛的作用、结构、近视、远视以及怎样保护眼睛等知识。
曾平老师为我们做详细地讲解
然后我们用抖音小视频拍了一个宣传爱护眼睛的微视频为爱眼护眼活动贡献自己的一份微薄之力。基地的医生们还热心地给我们检查了眼睛，为我们建立了一份属于自己的《屈光发育档案》。最后我们采访了曾平老师，曾老师都一一为我们耐心解答。

通过这次实践活动，让我学到了很多关于眼睛的知识，懂得了要多运动，少吃甜食，远离电子产品才能保护好自己的眼睛。
